- Arranging the student visa and visitor visa (for parents who want to accompany/visit their children in overseas).
- Guiding students through private counselling, which has to be accurate and comprehensive about all aspects of their chosen course and accommodation
- Promoting education institutions through local school visits and presentations, exhibitions, open house or interview sessions
- As the testing centre for certain institutions which allowed students to undertake the test in Indonesia
- Assist overseas institutions in translating or printing their materials with highly efficient ways.
- Arranging overseas institutions to meet up with parents for discussing the progress of their children (part of pastoral care).
